CANCELATION FEES
We dislike cancellation fees as much as you do, so we have created a policy that provides you with options if you are unavailable on your scheduled date and time.
Canceling any appointment can only be done Mon - Fri 9am-5pm and must have at-least 48 hours WRITTEN notice or a fee will apply. Contact must be by email or text.

RESIDENTIAL CLEAN CANCELATIONS
A minimum fee of 2 hours will be charged for every residential clean. ( This means if the premises takes only 1.5 hours to be clean, you will be charged for 2 hours)
We do NOT contract our residential customers, this means we are never obligated to clean your premises and you are not obligated to pay us if we do not show up give of our time and clean, regardless of your standard of cleanliness we reserve the right to charge based on our time spent and effort put in. We do strive to give 100% in all of our cleans.
BOND CLEAN CANCELATIONS
Will be charged $150 per cleaner assigned to the job
LOCKOUTS
If we are locked out (have no way of entering the premises) a 2 hour minimum will be charged
"last-minute cancellations and lockouts affect our employees' livelihood. The fee covers their lost time and wages due to the cancellation/lockout. As well as administration"
HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS
We typically do not work on national Australian holidays and NSW holidays although there are exceptions. If your cleaning day falls on a holiday you will be informed before the day if the clean is not possible.
-We do not work Sundays
RATES
(we charge a 2 hour minimum for any and all jobs)
Residential, Office, Weekly, Fortnightly
Our rates for Saturday and holidays are 2 hours + 20%
